Salmon Marinade

Source: James May: Oh Cook. Season 1, Episode 1: Asian Fusion on Amazon Prime.

Ingredients: Marinade

1 tbsp brown sugar

3 cm grated ginger

1 clove garlic

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp soy sauce

Juice of 1/2 lime

2 pieces of Salmon

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.

Mix all ingredients.

Put the pieces of Salmon on some baking paper.

Put the baking paper on aluminium foil.

Pour the marinade over the salmon.

Fold the aluminium foil making sure there is trapped air inside.

Cook the Salmon for 15 minutes.

Resting time : 0 minutes
